What are the invited SRS Lectures
The SOSORT was founded to develop conservative treatment of scoliosis, but with the aim of collaborating with the already existing Scientific Societies, specifically the Scoliosis Research Society (SRS) and the International Research Society on Spinal Deformities (IRSSD). Linkage with these societies have been searched since the beginning: while the IRSSD joined SOSORT through a link with the SOSORT Official Journal “Scoliosis”, with the SRS in Athens 2008 has been started a tradition of systematically inviting the President of SRS to give a speech during SOSORT Meeting: the “Invited SRS lectures”.
