Short biographical notes (300 words) 1959: Diploma in Physical Education Teaching Qualification with 110 cum laude, University of Rome.
1982: Degree as Rehabilitation Therapist with honors from the University of Pavia.
1962: Founder, with Nevia Verzini, of the Scoliosis Center of Vigevano.
From 1962 to 2006: Technical Director of the Scoliosis Center of Vigevano.
From 1970 to 1980: visit to the Scoliosis Centres of Lyon, Paris, Berck Plage (France), Geneva (Switzerland), Goteborg, Stockholm (Sweden), Brussels (Belgium), Antwerp(Netherlands), Moscow (Russia). To compare the Italian experience in the rehabilitation treatment of scoliosis with those practiced in other European countries.
1978: Founding Member of the GSS – Group of Study of Scoliosis and spine.
From 1970 to 1990: collaboration with the Centre des Massues of Lyon (France).
From 1974 to 1990: active member of GKTS - Groupe Kinésithérapique Scoliose Travail(France)
From 1974 to 1993: consultant to the Scoliosis Centers Foundation's Don Carlo Gnocchi in Italy.
From 1975 to 1994: Lecturer at the School for Therapists Rehabilitation of St.Carlo Hospital in Milan.
From 1980 to 1990: creator and processor, with Nevia Verzini, of the first approach SEAS at the Scoliosis Center of Vigevano and at the Centers of Scoliosis of the DonGnocchi Foundation.
From 1990 to 1999: Chairman of the Executive SIRER Societe Internationale deRecherche et d'Etude sur le Rachis (Lyon).
1999: Honorary Member of the SIGM - Italian Society of Medical Gymnastics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Since 2003 President of the GSS - Group Study of the Scoliosis and spine.
